Two private rooms available in a large, single-level home on a very private half-acre in North Charlotte. I'm about 15 minutes from Uptown, NoDa, Plaza Midwood and UNC Charlotte, with easy access to both I-77 and I-85. RibbonWalk Nature Preserve is also about a 10-minute walk away.

AVAILABLE ROOMS
• 8' × 11' + closet — $750/month
• 11' × 13' + closet — $800/month

Both bedrooms are unfurnished, private, and have individually keyed locking doors. The two rooms share a full bathroom directly across the hall.

Utilities are additional and based on household usage, typically around $80/month per person. Renter's insurance is required and is generally inexpensive. Month-to-month tenancy though short-term weekly stays will be considered.

THE HOUSE

This is much more of a shared home than simply renting a bedroom. Nearly the entire house and property are available for everyone to enjoy:

THE HOUSEHOLD

For now it's just me. I'm active, outdoorsy and pretty social. I'm into running, hiking, camping, off-roading, cycling, cooking, DIY/workshop projects, traveling and generally getting out and doing things.

I also enjoy having people over and regularly host game nights, dinners, hot-tub nights, bonfires, potlucks, movies and other gatherings. I'd particularly love to find roommates who enjoy having some community around the house rather than three strangers who happen to share an address. You're always welcome to join in, but there's absolutely no expectation that you participate in everything.

IMPORTANT NOTE

This is an adult, clothing-optional and generally open-minded household. Casual nudity may occur in shared areas, so you should already be comfortable living in that environment. There is never any expectation that a roommate be nude or participate in any particular activity. Privacy, consent and personal boundaries are extremely important here.

The bedrooms are completely private spaces.

No children, dogs or cats. Please no cigarette smokers. Couples considered.
