I'm offering a fully furnished private bedroom in my owner-occupied townhome in North Charlotte, available beginning August 10. The room is $900/month with all utilities included and a refundable $450 security deposit. I'm ideally looking for a minimum stay of 3 months, but I'm flexible for the right person.

The home is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The available room shares a bathroom with one respectful, clean, and quiet male professional in his 40s who works full-time and mostly keeps to himself.

A little about me: I'm the homeowner and I work from home full-time. I take pride in keeping the house organized and creating a comfortable, welcoming environment. I'm easygoing, respectful, and appreciate open communication.
I also have a friendly cat named Tux. He's sweet, loves meeting new people, enjoys getting pets, and is respectful of personal space, so I'm looking for someone who is comfortable living with a cat.

This home is best suited for a working professional who values a clean, peaceful, and drama-free living environment. Since I work from home, my preference is someone whose job is primarily at a worksite or outside the home.
