Private unfurnished bedroom with your own bathroom available in a newly renovated home in Windsor Park. The house is on a quiet, tree-lined street just 8 minutes to NoDa, 10 minutes to Plaza Midwood, 12–15 minutes to Uptown, and about 5 minutes from grocery stores, parks, walking trails, and everyday essentials.

The room can comfortably fit a twin, full, or queen bed with a dresser and nightstand and includes a closet. Additional storage is available in the attic and outdoor shed. The home has an open layout, washer/dryer, fenced backyard, and a music space with a piano and drum set in the living room.

About me: I'm a late-30s creative who enjoys a calm, grounded lifestyle. I love music, good food, nature, movies, coffee shops, and low-key adventures around Charlotte. I work from home as a music producer, so occasional daytime music is part of the environment.
I'm pretty independent and enjoy having my own space, but I also appreciate sharing a home where it's easy to check in or simply enjoy each other's company whenever it happens naturally. I value warmth, honesty, kindness, and creating a home that feels peaceful rather than chaotic.

I'm looking for someone (male or female) who is responsible, considerate, and easy going.
