Owned and occupied by "grandma" as your roommate. She's quiet, loving, silly at times, and caring...just like a grandma should be. She primarily hangs out and sleeps in her recliner in the living room and enjoys watching TV and having her grandchildren visit. Her family lives close by and often come to check on her to make sure her needs are met and to hang out with her. You'd also have to be okay with her children and grandchildren occasionally coming by. Everyone in the family is respectable, quiet, and clean.
She regularly attends senior centers so there will be times when she's not home. A perfect place if you're looking for a clean, comfortable room in lovely home in a beautiful and cool neighborhood.
