We have trash and recycle bins behind building that is to be used by tenant. minutes to Uptown, also bus stop within easy walk. Various restaurants and businesses within walking distance as well. Diverse area in East Charlotte.
As this is a standard home, my circuit breaker box and access to ACHeat and filters is located in this apartment. Access will be required at times. Also a storage room, used by owner, is accessible only through this apartment.
