Private Room & Bath in Beautiful 3BR Townhome

I’m looking for a respectful, responsible, and considerate roommate to share my spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome. The available bedroom has its own private bathroom, giving you your own space and privacy.
The townhome has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove/oven, and dishwasher, as well as an in-home washer and dryer. There is also a garage balcony and patio.
I really value having a peaceful and comfortable home. I want my home to be a place where I can come back, relax, and recharge, so this is not a party home. I’m looking for someone who enjoys a quieter environment and is respectful of noise, especially during nighttime hours.
Occasional guests are fine, but I’m not looking for someone who regularly has a lot of company or turns the home into a social gathering spot. I also value cleanliness, communication, privacy, and being considerate of the people you live with.
Utilities are separate from rent. Wi-Fi is $80/month and renters insurance is $40/month. Electricity through Duke Energy and shared utilities are split three ways.
Overall, I’m looking for someone who wants a comfortable, clean, peaceful home and understands the importance of respecting each other’s space and boundaries.
