The home is a spacious, single story residence featuring hardwood floors throughout the main living areas and soft carpeting in the bedrooms. Its open concept layout with shared spaces. Includes a shared office space, full dining, kitchen seating, a large, well-equipped kitchen, and a breakfast bar with seating. The living room offers ample space to unwind and features a large screen TV for entertainment.

Natural light fills the shared spaces inside through numerous windows, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. These windows also provide serene views of the backyard, open field, and forest with lake in near proximity behind that. With no neighbors behind the home, you'll enjoy exceptional privacy and a peaceful, scenic setting.

Renter should be a dog lover as I have two medium-sized (60 & 70lb) well trained German Shepards. I am open to established pets, cat or dog.

The back yard has a furnished covered patio with a Traeger brand grill/smoker.
