Share open concept livingdining, kitchen, WD, electric fireplace and a large balcony that overlooks a beautiful pond with lighted water fountain. UTILITIES are reconciled biannually and do not include internet. Professional deep cleaning for common areas is provided once a month. We’re located in a gated community with plenty of parking, a pool and clubhouse. Best candidates work outside of the home, are quiet, neat and considerate. Ideal for healthcare professionals as there are four hospitals and many doctor offices nearby. $Kyr minimum income, rental history, $non refundable third party credit and criminal background checks required. Overnight guests discouraged; but, permissible with advance notice given to roommate. No illegal drugs or alcoholics allowed. % smoke and pet free home. Your other roommate is a man in his ’s, works evenings full time at a restaurant at The Bowl, gets home by pm, eats dinner (as quietly as possible) then retires to his room. He wakes up in the afternoon for work so being quiet in the morning is greatly appreciated. No tv is in the common area to promote a tranquil environment (bring one for your room, if desired) and all personal belongings must be stored in your room.
