Unit 1 is a fully furnished room with a private bathroom, a bed, Roku Smart TV, dresser, mini fridge, MW and its own mini split for heating and A/C.

For this unit, we offer a flexible deposit and initial payments program. During the application process, we screen on a much different level of credit score criteria, compared to other industry standards of 650 (+/-) requirements.
