Private furnished bedroom with shared upstairs bathroom (plus additional full bath downstairs, which could be your own shower/bath). You'll have access to the kitchen, living spaces, laundry room, and the rest of the home — this is truly more of a home share than just renting a room. Plus this room has a HUGE walk in closet. I tried including a picture, but it doesn’t do it justice.

Rent is $1,050/month and includes:
• All utilities + internet
• Monthly professional cleaning service
• Access to neighborhood amenities: pool, walking trails, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, and parks

About the home/environment:
• Quiet, clean, respectful household
• No parties
• Occasional visitors are fine
• No pets due to allergies
