Looking for 1 Roommate - Available November 1st!

I’m , single, and have 3 pets: Elora, Luna, and Caliber (they love other people and are super friendly—check out the pics!). I work from home in marketing but usually go out of town for 1 full week a month. I also like to work in coffee shops a few times a week, but I do have an office downstairs. I work a lot, but I love spending time with friends and family and enjoy playing tennis in my free time.

I’m a laid-back person, not super loud, but I do have friends over occasionally. I like to drink and go out occasionally as well.

I’ve been living here since November, and it’s been a great experience. My neighbors are quiet, and I don’t see them often. The house has 3 bedrooms, a bonus room, an office, a garage, and a huge backyard.

There’s a shared bathroom in the hallway for the bedrooms, and the washer and dryer are upstairs. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is.

The price listed includes rent + all utilities.

You’ll also have access to the neighborhood pool!

Lease renewal: I am looking for someone to fill the space until November , but open to shorter term as well.

My ideal roommate is female (age between 18-30 yrs old) who is clean, friendly, and could hopefully end up being a good friend if we hit it off! Smoking is okay as long as it’s outside (no cigarettes please)
