Roomate Wanted ASAP

Hello, My name is Sarah I am 26 years old. I reside in Mooresville, NC at the Morrison Plantation; walking distance of the Lowes YMCA. I am looking for a female roomate to split my rent with.

Apartment Building Size: Big / Spacious
Overall Rent every month: $1,000 +
Additional feee on top of monthly rent includes the following:
1. Valet Trash: $30
2. Amenity Fee: $5
3. Pest Control: $2
Water: Based on usage, and billed in addition to your monthly rent
Electric: Based on Usage and residents will need to create a utilities account.
Pets: If applicable, $20 per pet
(Pet cost of having animals at this property so you are well informed: A non-refundable $350 pet fee is required for one pet; and a non - refundable $450 pet fee is required for 2 pets.
Rooms: 1bdrm/ 1 bathrooms ( Easily be transferred to 2 bdrm / 2 bathroom.)
2 bdrm costs are almost around $2,000 with everything else that you need to pay for… the gross amount is starting at $1,539.
I am a non-smoker so please there is no smokers are able to rent with me at the apartment.
Amenities include:
1. Bark park
2. 24- hour fitness center
3. Recycling center
4. Business center
5. Expansive sun deck
6. Outdoor grill stations
7. Car care station
8. Short - term leases
9. Sparkling swimmming pool
10. Resident lounge… etc etc.

So, as you may realize the rent is pretty high/expensive. I am looking for a roommate that has a stable job and is able to pay there half of the rent, Communicates well, has their own transportation, and is a pet lover. I would like to live with someone who would like to do things with and socialize in the living room and go out to have fun when we can.

Little more detail.. If you would like to know more about myself. I graduated from college in 2020 with a major in B. S. in Science / Minor in Psychology. I am currently now a 4th grade science teacher as an elementary school teacher and a Lifeguard/Swim instructor at the YMCA on the side. I have two dogs that are shitzus and are very well behaved. I enjoy working out, nature walks, and swimming at the pool and doing laps on my free time. I recently started playing Pickleball on Sundays which is a lot of fun! Lastly, I mostly keep to myself but I like to have days where I want to go out and socialize and do things with someone else and going shopping or get mani and pedi.
