Crow's Nest Chalet is close to several hospitals: Pardee, Advent, Mission Hospital in Asheville NC and businesses Eaton, Kimberly Clark, Tryon Equestrian Center, Biltmore Estates in Asheville.

Located in the mountains with a view and in a quiet neighborhood, the chalet is open concept. Electric, Internet and Directv are included. You walk into the kitchen living area (x). Provided is full kitchen with coffee maker, juicer, fondue, microwave, ovenstove, dish washer and all plates, pots and pans and silverware, table, four chairs and kitchen tools. The living room is furnished with a table, love seat, sofa bed, recliner, secretary, TV, end table, cabinet, sewing cabinet and internet. There are books and board games.

As you go up the open riser staircase you arrive at the open bedroom furnished with queen size bed, dresser drawers, rocking chair, two end tables, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, and a rack to hang your clothes.
The one bathroom is on the upper level and has a shower only and has more drawers.

The property is located in McMillan Hidden Valley and this section is quiet with mountain views and a great area to walk. If you are a cyclist and do not mind sharing the road the opportunity for a work out on the mountain roads is right outside your door.

We are close to wineries, orchards, and outdoor adventures.
The property is within one hour of Asheville, Mills River, Arden, Fletcher, Fairview, Tryon, Columbus, Saluda, Lake Lure and Chimney Rock.
I will be conducting a background check including credit scores. Dogs will be considered with a non refundable fee.
