Private room and bathroom for rent

The property is located out in Edneyville, NC off of pace road. In a trailer park called triple oaks mobile home park. Very clean and quiet neighborhood, some elderly tenants and some family’s with young children. All very respectful neighbors, never had any problems. Near several apple orchards and in district for Edneyville elementary, Apple valley middle school and North Henderson high school. Only 4miles from four seasons blvd and the interstate. The room itself is standard with a closet, you will have your own bathroom as well. You’ll need to furnish your own room, but the rest of the house is fully furnished. Living area and kitchen are shared spaces. I will personally take care of all maintenance and lawn care, that is included in your rent. Dumpster are located at the top of the neighborhood for easy access. Included in your rent , I’ll buy common things we will both use like dish soap, paper towels , trash bags. I also have a broom , mop and vacuum that is available for you to use as well. Washer and dryer is also available. You will just buy your personal necessities including toilet paper, laundry detergent, groceries etc. You will be expected to contribute to house chores and keeping your areas clean and odor free. All utilities and WiFi is included in your rent so no extra charges, just $700 flat every month. I’m willing to write out a lease agreement or do month to month with you.

About the roomies:
Hey I’m Alx and I’m 23. I’m a queer masculine lesbian and I have an almost 4yr old son. I also have a cat, a little chiweenie dog and a couple fishes so this house is pet friendly. I take very good care of my animals and you’d never be able to tell that they are here. Both stay in my room when I’m not home or come with me whenever I’m going. I ask that you have the same respect and take care of/clean up after your animals or I’ll have to ask you to kindly get rid of them. Also smoke friendly but that has to be done outdoors, unless it’s a vape. I work usually Wednesday-Sunday and don’t spend much time at home. I only have my son half the week and he also attends daycare while I’m working so he is not around much either but he’s the absolute sweetest boy and will not bother you. I usually spend Thursday - Sunday with my girlfriend in Asheville so I’m gone for about half the week on a normal basis. Otherwise, I’m a very quiet person and will not bother you but I can also be friendly and helpful if you need that.
