Adjacent to a larger bedroom for $750+deposit that is
unfurnished for now but can be easily accommodated if need be.. (I'm done with disposing of new mattresses should you have your own;)

* $1,300 for both

*Large fully furnished living space and newly remodeled bathroom
* Shared kitchen with cozy nook and laundry room

* Wi-Fi and all utilities included with a 6 month lease

* I am owned by three indoor /outdoor cats ...
A pet is considered with an $150 fee
... Keeping in mind that I'm in the proximity of a busy road....

* right across from the Ecusta trail in Hendersonville and 5 min drive to Laurel Park and Horse Shoe.

* I'm a chef and a bit of a neatnik who would appreciate an independent person with clear communication skills who understands the logistics of a well-maintained household.

*The Holler (yes that is its name) maintains a peaceful, relaxed vibe where music, dancing, laughing and singing are always welcome and individual space is respected.
I have a deep love for this mess of the human experience and all the rich pagentries it has to offer....
