Located in a small, quiet neighborhood (Valley Hill area). 7 minutes to downtown Hendersonville and a quick drive to Fletcher, Arden, Brevard (and Dupont State Forest / Pisgah Natl Forest). Includes: internet, utilities, well water, off-road parking and laundry area in large, dry basement. Kitchen has everything you need to cook with and 3 refrigerators. Bathroom pictured is shared by you and two other men.

The room with the knotty pine paneling is next to garage and there is some storage space available above garage, if needed. It is shown with a California (long) twin bed. A queen bed could be put in it, though. The other room has a double bed.

ATMOSPHERE & VALUES: (Not a party house). Drama-free home where privacy is respected.

GUESTS: Occasional guests are fine but constant comings and goings of friends is not appreciated by the other people living here. Out-of-town guests are welcome to visit and will be accommodated.

SMOKING: Outside only (there is a deck off of the kitchen)

DRUGGIES are NOT welcome (Meth, Fentanyl, pill poppers…). It will be recognized and you will be removed.
