I’m looking for a female roommate to rent out a room in my single-family home. You’ll have your own room and a bathroom just outside the room, and we’ll share the kitchen and living room.

A little about the home:
• Clean, quiet, and well-kept environment
• No smoking inside the home
• Must be clean and respectful of shared spaces

I do have cats, so:
