Description:

Looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful female roommate for a private upstairs bedroom in a shared house. You will be joining a friendly, very quiet, and clean household.

The Space:

Private Bedroom: Sunny, fully furnished room with one window (curtains & blinds included). Comes with a double bed, a dresser with a mirror and a closet with two sliding doors , TV.

Bathroom Setup: You will have primary, everyday use of the downstairs half-bathroom (toilet, sink, cabinet). The shower is located upstairs in an ensuite bathroom and will be shared with me. We will establish a clear schedule to ensure total privacy for both of us.

Shared Areas: Access to the kitchen (Light cooking preferred, must be kept clean immediately after use), washer/dryer, and a dedicated extra refrigerator.

Location & Commute:

Convenient to Burlington, Elon, and Greensboro with quick highway access. Universities: 10 minutes to Elon University, 19 minutes to UNCG.

Rental Details

Rent: $600 per month (Due on the 1st)

Deposit: $200 (Refundable)

Utilities: Included (Electricity, water, gas, and high-speed internet)

Occupancy: One person only (No couples or families)

Pets: Not allowed

House Rules: No smoking, very quiet and respectful atmosphere.
