Room for rent Utilities included

$899 covers rent and all utilities. Depending on payment method, there could be a monthly $100 discount.

You'll have a private bedroom & 2 closets and there is some additional storage space. Use of the kitchen and general house, including washer & dryer. The bedroom could be furnished, but currently is not. I do have a bed, dresser & side-tables but my last housemate wanted to use his own stuff so I don't want to set the room back up before I find out what's needed. There will also be a guestroom that we'll share for guests and a fenced yard.

House has been newly renovated and is 3 miles from UNCG, 8 minutes from downtown, close to 40 so convenient to everywhere. Would be ideal for a student, travel nurse, or business person making a segue. I don't mind a couple of month stay if you're looking for something else.

About me: I'm a book dealer, so work from home. I have a Shih Tzu, and a cat, so any animals would require introductions to verify everyone is a pacifist. I'm up early and I go to bed pretty early. I don't care what a roommate does but I thought I'd mention it in case my moving around early would bother someone.

I'm looking for someone who does NOT smoke cigarettes (not even outside). I'm friendly. Entertaining is fine (the living room is usually free, especially in the evenings). If you drink a lot, that's your business, but not if you can't handle it or throw loud parties.

I have internet, but not cable. I do have a TV that people can cast to and use if you know how.

Other details - I don't care what you look like, how old you are, or how you identify. I'm a certified mushroom forager with a passion for cooking so you will get free food occasionally if you don't mind eating vegetarian. I don't care what you eat as long as you don't store babies in the freezer. There are usually fresh hen eggs to share. There is a great area for a garden that I plan to utilize and you can too if you garden. Shed is wired and I just got a window AC unit for it and there is plenty of room for your hobby even after I store my gardening stuff.
