Private Room For Rent

Renting a private room in my apartment. My sister is in the process of moving out
and should be fully done by 2/17/2026. You will share the common area (kitchen, hallway, living area, hallway closets, and bathrooms) with my partner Corey and I. We do have a cat named Christmas who doesn’t do well with other animals (she tends to be bullied) so I’d prefer that my new roommate not have any, but there’s ways around this I will consider. The room has some wear and tear from keeping their cat in by the front door, but it can be covered by a rug. Everything else is in near perfect condition. There are many things hung on the wall leaving behind tiny holes so come with plenty of posters! The neighborhood and community is lovely. 20 minute walk from gate city boulevard and nearby bus stops ensure you will get where you’re going.
