I own a 2 bed 2 bath condo in a quiet neighborhood. I graduate in May but need a roommate for the next 6 months. I'd be open to longer stay if the 6 months goes well. I have 3 cats, very clean. If I'm not at school I'm home. I keep a quiet home, not alot of activity. I'm open to another pet coming with you depending on the animal and how it meshes with my cats. Utilities are split between us (water, electric, internet). Ideally someone that also lives a quiet life. No tobacco use on the property. I'm having issues with current roommate. Ready to move in in Feb. Lease 4-6 months.
