Looking for a responsible, working professional to share my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Charlotte. The room available is a small, unfurnished bedroom at $800/month, with a $1600 security deposit due at move-in.

You'll have full access to a second full bathroom (complete with washer/dryer), a shared kitchen, and common living space. It's not a private en-suite, but it's exclusively yours to use day-to-day.

I'm looking for someone stable and easygoing — ideally in an established career, respectful of shared space, and easy to communicate with. No smoking inside the apartment, please. Minimum 6-month stay preferred, and references will be requested as part of the application process.
