In addition, you will have access to a large backyard deck overlooking a quiet wooded lot and a pond.

Owner-occupied by a quiet, 64 year-old retired former project manager (healthcare and financial services). My hope is to share my home with another mature woman who might enjoy sharing hobbies and adventures. I’m quite liberal and prefer the same in a housemate. If you enjoy gardening, birdwatching, sightseeing drives and day trips, you may love it here!

Refundable security deposit = $500
Rent includes water, electric, trash disposal, wireless (fiber) internet, and Netflix.
