If your just starting out in this big world or starting over then we might be able to help. My husband & I are willing to rent room out, IF, you have a job & can pay rent, own transportation, we are not a taxi. Welcome to any part of house except our bedroom. You dont have to intermingle with us if you dont want to, we're ok with that, we know some people jist want their privacy. Will not tolerate drama, if you have a problem with someone, take it elsewhere. This is a little family community(3 houses, that family live in), be responsible, respectful, no bs, if ur interested a bind...tell us, might be willing g to make other arrangements on paying rent. We're flexible and understand crap happens. Also, if your here just to steal, lie, or try to take advance, you will be out the door with the quickness.
