Hi there!(:
I have a 3-bedroom home in Belmont, and I'm looking to rent out a room! I'm a female, who prefers same-gender housemates as that is what I'm comfortable with. The room is not furnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished, including lots of different types of appliances in the kitchen.
Rent is $950/month, and UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED. There is a move in fee of $400.
