I'm seeking a roommate for a townhouse in Georgetown Manor in central Durham. The location is very central, within walking distance of Duke East Campus, 9th Street, Foster Street, and downtown, and access to the Ellerbe Creek trail. I really love the location; Trinity Park is a beautiful neighborhood and you can get pretty much anywhere in Durham in a very short drive or bike ride.

The house is fully furnished apart from the open room. The room is 10'6" x 14'8", and has two closets and well-shaded windows. The house has free off-street parking, in-unit laundry, and a sunny front porch.

Rent is $797.50 per month for each of us (for a total of $1595), plus utilities. The lease goes through 7/31/27. You will not need to pay a deposit, but there is a $50 application fee. The landlord requires proof of renter's insurance. The landlords are very reasonable people and quick to respond to maintenance requests.

I am a male, early 30s, who works from home. I'm generally pretty quiet when I'm at home, and don't tend to host people very often. No smokers please, the landlord is fairly strict about that. No pets please; I love animals but the house is not ideal for it.
