Share my spacious house in a quite neighborhood - Here’s what you get: 2 bedrooms and your own private bath upstairs; use of all the common areas and amenities (living areas, kitchen, garage, washer dryer, back porch and yard)

I’m a traveling Rigger and frequently out of the house for a week + at a time. I occupy the master bed/bath and one of the small bedrooms upstairs.

I’m quiet, I don’t drink or smoke. I work out of town a lot. I’m tidy and am willing to talk about sharing household duties or a regular cleaning service if interested. I provide a monthly lawn service. Internet included. You will be a co-lessee with me and the leasing agency, Acorn and Oak. One year contract required. First and last plus $750 deposit. I tend to keep to myself. I am ideally looking for a student or a professional who is invested in building their own life and can be respectful of each other's space and time.
