Hey everyone! I’m looking for a new roommate to join me in resigning a long-term lease at Kelby Farms starting January 2027. My current roommate is moving out, and the goal is to find a reliable partner to sign onto the new full-year lease term with me.
The Space:
• Rent: $1,150/month per person (this is about the total price I was paying with my old roommate - all utilities included).
• Your Space: Private bedroom on the third floor with your own private, dedicated bathroom.
• Layout: Modern, 2-bedroom floor plan. The kitchen and living areas are mostly furnished (couch, no tv), but there is plenty of room if you have kitchenware or shared items to add. You will need to furnish your bedroom.
• Perks: In-unit washer/dryer, and great community amenities including a resort-style pool, fitness center, and a golf simulator simulator lounge. Other nice features include a garbage disposal, quiet rooms (walls don't let much noise through),

Kelby Farms (1122 Medlin Rd). Centered right on the Durham/Chapel Hill border. It’s an easy 12-minute drive to UNC and 13 minutes to Duke, with immediate access to I-40 and Durham Chapel Hill Blvd for RTP commutes.
