It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that will be shared between you, myself, and a very loving young black lab named Marley. Within a 5-minute drive there is: river access, hiking trails, state parks, and a shopping center for groceries and restaurants. This home offers the luxury of rural living without being far from the city with downtown Durham being only an 8-mile drive and Duke about a 9-mile drive away.

The room includes a: new full-size bed, dresser, and computer desk.

Room is available now and I’m looking to have it rented by September. I’m very flexible with leasing, but there’s a 3-month minimum. After the lease is up you have the option to renew or go month-to-month.

There’s a detached sound proof garage that can be used for practicing music and art.

About myself: I’m an easygoing young professional male in my early 30s working in Finance. I’m clean and tidy and I’ve had pleasurable experiences with all my past housemates. I’m a musician; however, I’m very respectful of my surroundings and practice at friends’ homes. I spend most of my time out in nature, going to concerts, or with friends. Theres also a mini orchard and I enjoy gardening.
