Rent is $1300 for a ~300 SQFT bedroom with a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. Rent includes all utilities (electricity, water, gas), one garage space and Spectrum WiFi internet. 6 months or longer contracts preferred.
The offered room is on ground floor, and I will be living on the third floor, and we will share everything on the second floor, including a dining room, a living room and a huge kitchen. Washer and dryer is also available.
Townhouse also has Amazon Ring security system (controls thermostat as well), and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful to begin with.
No drugs, no smoking, no pets and no loud parties are allowed in the townhouse. Looking for a quiet, organized, professional academic or industry personnel (or student of similar caliber), who can maintain the house in good order.
Nectar queen-sized bed and office desk/chair/lamp are provided, if you want to use it.
Location is convenient with a car; grocery @6 min and lots of eating options nearby; Duke University - 11min; UNC Chapel Hill - 16min.
I am amicable, responsible and easy to talk to, but am super busy most of the time during weekdays with work. I have typically gone out for lunch/dinners with previous roommates on weekends, and a few trips together throughout the year.
