Looking for a comfortable, peaceful place for you and your cat or dog to call home? A furnished private bedroom with your own private bathroom is available in a quiet, owner-occupied 3 bedroom Durham home shared with the homeowner who is friendly, enjoys gardening, walking, quilting and writing.

🐾 PET OWNERS WELCOME! Have a friendly, well-trained dog or cat? One cat or dog will be happily considered here. The homeowner enjoys animals but does not currently have a pet of her own, so your pet would be welcome company! You would remain fully responsible for your pet’s feeding, walking, supervision and cleanup — no pet care is expected from the homeowner.

The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size futon bed and dresser and has a closet for additional storage. There is also room for a desk if you’d like to bring one, and you’re welcome to add your own artwork and personal touches.

Your rent includes: • Furnished private bedroom • Your own private bathroom • Personal mini-fridge and dedicated pantry space in kitchen.
