Room available in a three bedroom house a very short distance from Duke University. Looking for someone to move in anytime in January and then join the lease which is to be renewed in September 2026.

The other two roommates are both male, one is a master's student at Duke and the other works full time. You'd be sharing a bathroom with the master's student. They're both very clean and very lovely people. There is a huge backyard and the house, along with the appliances (dishwasher, washer, dryer) are all quite new and perfectly functional.
