Looking for someone to take over my lease at 2748 Campus Walk Avenue, starting December 8th, 2025 (or as early as December 1st) through May 31st, 2026. The lease is renewable if you want to stay longer!

The apartment comes fully furnished, so you can skip the U-Haul hassle and just move in. I’m also offering my furniture at majorly discounted prices.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with two friendly Duke girls, both students who are clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
