A little about me:

Hi Everyone, my name is Conor! I am PhD student in my final year at UNC-Chapel Hill. I am looking for a roommate to take over my partner's lease, as she took a job outside of NC. I will be finishing out the current lease term, which ends in the summer on July 31st. If you enjoy the space, though, you can extend the lease and find another roommate!

I have a tuxedo cat named Luna who is very sweet and easy to be around, much like myself. I am also pretty easygoing and only ask for a tidy roommate. The living room and kitchen have plenty of space between two people, and you would have your own bathroom!

About the space:

The space is very walkable to all places in Durham. For example, Durham Central Park is about a 15-20 min walk away. The complex also offers gated indoor parking, a pool, a gym, and a coffee bar.
