Cozy townhome in a quiet neighborhood. The room is furnished. It has two big windows, a large closet, and it’s own private bathroom.

The shared spaces are a large bright kitchen and living room with 65 in TV. There’s a washer and dryer as well.

My home is walking distance to many stores and restaurants: Harris Teeter, Pet Supplies Plus, Dunkin Donuts, Chick Fil A, Milennium Sports Club, Michoacan Mexican Restaurant, Rockin’ Rolls, Dollar General, Walgreens, CVS, McDonalds, Wendy’s, Zaxby; s Bojangles, Krispy Kreme, Taco Bell, El Patron, Biscuitville, Food Lion, Sushi Love, Heavenly Buffaloes, and many more. Also 6 minutes from Duke Hospital and the Duke Gardens.

I’m 35 years old, I work in clinical research, and I work from home. I’m a queer person and looking for another queer person of any gender. I’m quiet and pretty introverted, but have a fairly busy social life. I’m down to be friends and also happy to give you your space, up to you.
