Looking for a female roommate, ideally between 21–40, who’s ready for a comfortable place to call home and possibly a fresh start.

The home is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath house that I'm currently renovating with a move-in date of October1st. You would be sharing the home with me, a 54-year-old Black male, and a 34-year-old White female roommate who has been renting from me for over 2 years. Upgrading to a bigger place. The 3rd bedroom could be yours.
