Looking for a female roommate, ideally between 18–35, who’s ready for a comfortable place to call home and possibly a fresh start.

The home is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath house that is currently being renovated and updated. You would be sharing the home with me, a 54-year-old Black male, and a 34-year-old White female roommate who has lived here for over a year.
