Room available for rent in a quaint bedroom bath home in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Lexington near Mocksville. The house currently has one male and one female tenant and I am looking to continue renting out each room to single individuals. You will be sharing a bathroom with the female tenant. There is a $ deposit due by the end of the first month if staying for more than one month. Room is furnished with a bed, dresser, and a desk.

There is a $ pet fee.
