Hello, we are looking to rent out 1 bedroom, in our 5 bedroom house to a mature, quiet, long-term renter. We require at least a 6 month stay, and for the safety and peace of mind for the other renters, the ability to pass a background check. The house is in a nice quiet suburban neighborhood. It's a short commute to downtown Fayetteville. The room is around 11'10"×11'5" ( around 135 sq ft), utilities and internet are included for $700. The room, after all updates are made, will be furnished with a new full-size bed, padded headboard, 12 draw dresser, small 5 draw chest, 2 night stands, 2 wall-mounted nightstand lamps, ceiling fan w/light, TV, keyed doorknob, and a Deadbolt for your comfort and peace of mind. The home is on a 'Whole Home' water system, as well as a RO system on the kitchen sink. So ALL water entering the home is filtered. No need to buy bottled water. There is also a full size washer and dryer provided for your use. You will also have full use of the kitchen, living room, front porch, back deck and yard. The kitchen has fairly new, 2022, top of the line smart appliances. There is also off street parking and storage if needed. Someone will be in twice a month to totally clean the kitchen, laundry, living room, hallways, and bathroom. Public transportation and a Walmart Neighborhood Market is only 2 blocks away. A Walmart Supercenter, Lowe's, KFC, McDonald's, Applebee's, and more stores than we can recall are all just a short 3-5 minute trip down the road. The room will be available July 1st, 2026. First, Last, and refundable Security Deposit will be required to move in. The other tenants are all very laid-back, so for the convenience and peace of mind of my other tenants, please No CHILDREN or PETS.
