Private Bedroom W/Bath.

Hello, we are looking to rent out a private bedroom in our 4 bedroom house to a mature, quiet, long-term renter. We require at least a 3 month stay, and for the safety and peace of mind for the other renters, the ability to pass a background check. The house is in a nice quiet suburban neighborhood. It's a short commute to downtown Fayetteville. The room is approximately 14'8"x11'9". The room has a private bathroom with tub/shower and a approximately 7'x6' WIC. There is a Dresser, Chest, and 55" wall mounted TV that you are welcome to use, but the room is UNFURNISHED. The home also has a full size washer and dryer provided for your use. You will also have full use of the kitchen, living room, and front and back decks and back yard. The kitchen has fairly new, 2022, top of the line, smart appliances, perfect for cooking and cleaning. There is also off street parkineg and storage if needed. Public transportation and a Walmart Neighborhood Market is only 2 blocks away. A Walmart Supercenter, Lowe's, KFC, McDonald's, Applebee's, and more stores than we can recall are all just a short 3-5 minute trip down the road. The utilities are not included. However, we do pay all utilities up-front, then split each bill evenly among the tenants. We will then send you a copy of the actual bills, showing your part. Most months the utilities total around $75-$85 for each tenant. The house is on Solar, so the electric is usually low. The room will be available around April 2nd-4th, 2026. ( current tenant is relocating by the end of the month. We may need a day or two to thoroughly clean the room) For the convenience and peace of mind of the other tenants, Please, No PETS.
