Private Room for Rent

Hello, I am looking to rent out a private bedroom with it's own bathroom, in my 4 bedroom house to a mature, reliable, responsible, quiet person. A 'Background' check will be done on all perspective, tenants.. The house is in a nice quiet suburban neighborhood. It's a short commute to downtown Fayetteville. The bedroom is approximately 14'8"×11'9", and other than a 9-draw dresser, is UNFURNISHED. A full size washer and dryer are also provided for your use. You will also have full use of the kitchen, living room, dining room, and front and back decks and back yard. The kitchen has fairly new, 2022, top of the line smart appliances, perfect for cooking and cleaning. There is also off street parking and storage if needed. Public transportation and a Walmart Neighborhood Market is only 2 blocks away. A Walmart Supercenter, Lowe's, KFC, McDonald's, Applebee's, and more stores than I can recall are all just a short 3-5 minute trip down the road. The utilities are not included. However, I do pay all utilities up-front, then split each bill evenly among the tenants. I send all tenants copies of the actual bills, showing your part. Most months the utilities total around $75-$85 for each tenant. The house is on Solar, so the electric is usually low. The home also has a Whole-Home Water System. So there is no need to buy bottle water. There is also a 'Tiny Home' aka, 'She-Shed', 'Powered Work Shop', and a above ground pool on the premises that could be rented out for an extra monthly fee. For the convenience and peace of mind of the other tenants, No PETS or CHILDREN will be permitted.
