Furnished private room available September 14 in a newer home in a quiet gated community about 10 minutes from Fort Bragg.

The room is about 150 sq. ft. and includes a full-size bed, dresser, and large walk-in closet. The bathroom is currently for your private use unless another room is rented in the future.

Rent is $750/month and includes all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, kitchen and common area access, and driveway parking. $300 refundable deposit.

The neighborhood has a pool, gym, fishing pond, nature trails, playground, and gated entry. Food Lion is about 1 minute away, I-95 about 10 minutes, and Fayetteville about 20 minutes.

I’m the homeowner and currently the only person living in the house. I’m pretty laid-back and mostly keep to myself. I’m looking for someone clean, responsible, independent, and easy to live with. I have two small hypoallergenic dogs in the home.

Initial lease is 3 months, then month-to-month. Single occupancy, no additional pets, and smoking/vaping outside only.
