Private Bedroom

Hello, we are looking to rent out private bedrooms, in our 5 bedroom house to a mature, quiet, long-term renter. We require at least a 6 month stay, and for the safety and peace of mind for the other renters, the ability to pass a background check. The house is located on a cul-de-sac, in a nice quiet suburban neighborhood on Fayetteville's growing north side. It's a short commute to downtown Fayetteville, and all Fayetteville has to offer. The Master has it's own bath and WIC, for $950 per month. The 3 other upstairs bedrooms are all around 120 sq, for $700 per month. All bedrooms have a Deadbolt for your comfort and peace of mind. There is also a full size washer and dryer provided for your use. You will also have full use of the kitchen, living room, dining room, front porch, back deck and yard. There is also off street parking and storage if needed. Internet is provided. Utilities are paid up front by the home owner, then split evenly between the number of renters who are living in the home at the time. All tenants will be given a copy of the utility bills, with their portion clearly mark. Monthly utilities usually run around $75. The rooms will be available to move in on November 15th, 2026. First, Last, and a refundable Security Deposit will be required to move in. Rooms are not furnished, but basic furniture can be provided if needed for a extra fee.
