RENT amount NEGOTIABLE for PART-TIME ONLY rental.
Minimum rental 2 months. Month-to-month thereafter.

Furnishings included: XL Daybed, (2) sets of linens and (2) towels, (2) pillows, dresser, television & roku, side table, lamp, trash can, floor fan, ceiling fan, and mirror, 6 cube storage cubby, underbed cloth storage bins.

Non-refundable deposit of $120 (or 20% of monthly rent amount).

Bathroom is "semi-private". There is a 3rd housemate who rents 3 nights a week for 3 months in the spring and 3 months in the fall. Some weeks during those times, he's not here at all, so you'd be sharing a bathroom less than 1/4 time.
