Hello, my family and I are looking into renting out a private bedroom on the first floor of our single-family home. The bedroom has its own private bathroom and sizeable walk-in closet. Room and bathroom unfurnished (no trashcan, shower curtain, etc). The bedroom has its own private lock. The home itself will have shared common spaces such as kitchen, loft, library, and laundry area. Utilities included in the rent. No security deposit. Looking to rent out to responsible females. The bedroom is available now. Utilities such as water, internet, and electricity/gas are included in the rent price. There’s available parking in the driveway and street parking within the neighborhood. Expected mothers or women with children are welcomed!

The property currently has 4 respectful & clean women. We are wanting females who are open to communication and understand what it means to show respect with the current tenants they will be living with.
