I’m renting out rooms in my house and looking for responsible, considerate individuals. There are three large rooms available, and I’m open to discussing which room would work best for you. Please let me know your first, second, and third choices.
A little about me: I enjoy music, hosting and attending events, yoga, hiking, working out, and holistic living. I also love anime and am a death doula, which means I work with people and families around end-of-life care. I value a calm, intentional home environment, and I’m looking for tenants who share a similar mindset.
Rooms & Pricing:
Room 1: 137 × 107 inches – $875/month
Room 2: 150 × 128 inches – $1,000/month
Room 3: 150 × 128 inches with a private bathroom – $1,100/month
Lease & Move-In:
Target move-in: April 1, 2027 – end of June 2028.
Shorter terms are possible as long as two full months’ notice is given.
Move-in requires one month’s rent plus one month’s security deposit, refundable minus any damages or unpaid rent. I’m happy to discuss paying in installments if needed.
Rent can be paid proactively if preferred. Late fees apply 48 hours after the due date.

Room Features:
Closets in every room
Large windows with natural light
Big, open rooms in the kitchen and living areas
Expectations:
Dishes should be washed immediately after use.
Keep common areas tidy.

No additional pets allowed.
