Large East Facing Room

This is a very large room with walk in closet. The bathroom will be shared in the coming months with another roomie down the hall but the dual sinks are separate from the toilet/shower area. The bedroom faces East, so you’ll get plenty of morning sunshine. I’m an introvert with a very quiet home and am looking for a like minded person to share my spacious home with. This home features a dining room that’s currently being used as a game and puzzle room, a large eat-in kitchen and more raised garden beds than I have time to utilize. I do have a friendly cat and a 60 lb dog that is friendly to women. I tend to keep my house on the warm side during the summer and on the cool side in the winter. I enjoy the outdoors and will leave the windows open a lot during the milder times of year. Located in a neighborhood with some hills that are great for walking. Close to Weaverville and Mars Hill and very close to the interstate so if your needing to go into Asheville, you can be there in about 20-25 minutes.
