The room includes a private entrance, private bathroom, dedicated parking, and a small kitchenette, offering a comfortable and independent living setup. The kitchenette will include a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker for added convenience.

The home is a beautiful, well-maintained house in a quiet, secure neighborhood with easy access to nature. There are several nearby trails, and it’s just four minutes from downtown Black Mountain—providing a great balance of privacy, convenience, and peaceful surroundings.

The home is currently occupied by me, my standard poodle, and two Maine Coon cats. While no additional pets are permitted, the environment is calm, clean, and animal-friendly.
