Hello, I am renting out a second bedroom in my apartment.

It’s 2bd/2bath - renting the room till January 31st of 2027 when the lease is up.

I have my room set up on the right side of the apartment layout with my separate bathroom and closet.

The second bedroom is right beside the 2nd bathroom with its own walk in closet. (That would be your walk in closet)

Shared space - kitchen / living room and balcony space. Washer and dryer included. Free parking

I have two small cats Ember and Bailey Jr who love pets on the couch and also live in the main living area.

Looking for a roommate that is willing to also keep this home clean. I like having low lighting and a candle or intense burning.
