Looking for a roomie

Hi everyone, my name is Wilson and I am looking for a roommate. I'm a musician, gardener and I have a pup named Charlie. I'm located right off of Merrimon near downtown. Right across from the big elementary school. It’s a shared apartment in an old house with 3 other units and a huge backyard that only I really use for gardening and just hanging. Rent for this room is 700 a month with a 725 deposit and you’d need to fill out an application which I can send you. Rent includes water only. Utilities - wifi, electric and gas usually end up around 120, maybe slightly more during winter.
The room is unfurnished and we share the bathroom. No washer or dryer and no dishwasher. I would be willing to go in on a counter top one but for now I just handwash. I go to fiesta for laundry. The landlord is pretty chill Ive only seen him like once since moving in 2 years ago but he is very responsive and so is our handy man for repairs and things. An ideal roommate I would love to find would be someone who is respectful of shared spaces, responsible, tidy, and employed. It's a great spot very close to downtown, and the neighborhood is pretty nice for walking.
My dog Charlie is very sweet and basically just chills. He hasnt lived with another dog in about 3 years so if you have another dog we'd have to introduce them slowly, maybe a walk together or hanging out in the backyard. He is no good with cats so that wouldnt work. The pet fee is 150. Oh also I'm vegan but not bothered at all if you arent.
