Room for Rent at The Verge

I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The Verge Asheville.

I am leaving due to all my college courses being online this year. You will be signing the lease with the Verge and will be required to pay a $250 community fee as well as a $60 application fee. These fees will be required 5 days before you move in on the first of the month you choose. Please contact me and I will reach out to The Verge to have the application sent over to you. Rent is $701.95 each month.

You would have a bedroom and a bathroom to yourself, but a shared common space (kitchen/living room) with a quiet and clean female roommate. The bedroom comes with a desk, bed ( brand new mattress), side table, and a dresser. The closet is a decently sized walk in closet. Utilities (up to a certain amount) and free internet included in rent. There also is a clubhouse with a gym and coffee bar, as well as a fenced in area if you have a dog.
